This is a poster design done for the New York Times about the Broadway revival of the play “Death of a Salesman” as part of a month-long series on Arthur Miller’s legendary play. The poster will be used in an upcoming article.

Motion Graphics - Pork & Beef

For my motion graphics final project I created a title sequence for a fake movie called Pork & Beef. The movie stars Rick Moranis and Chevy Chase who play undercover cops in order to foil a drug bust which ends in a rap competition. This project was done with Adobe Photoshop layers and Adobe After Effects.

Film/Animation - Bloodfeast

For this project I shot and edited footage using Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects in order to create a zombie themed birthday invitation.

This is a short example of how I used an Adobe Photoshop 3D layer and animated it in Adobe After Effects.

Interactive Lingerie

This project was based on the concept of amplifying a fantasy. After researching the history of lingerie and the term fantasy I have developed a better understanding of how the two coinside. This project embodies both the male and female desires and focuses on the sensory and visual aspects of the female body. Through capcetence sensing, fiber optics and Arduino I was able to create a garnment that reacts to the touch of another. By touching the garment on its sides, the LEDs are activated and the fiber optic strands light up. 

This project lead me to explore different fields that are out of my comfort zone. I am a beginner when it comes to sewing and I had to figure out how to create a corset and find out which materials would be best for the construction of the project. I also had to figure out how to embed the circuit into the garment.

Musical Interface

For this project I created a paper musical interface using Arduino and Max MSP. My inspiration came from the sound created through water and a crystal glass. I wanted to simulate the sound and the crystal glass through my design. Once you touch one of the “glasses” the sound is made electronically though Max MSP. By using a small piece of conductive tape at the tip of my fingers I am able to close the circuit which creates the sounds.
